Founded in 2007, EEPEX was established to help government agencies enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement process through the power of technology. Our initial focus was on advancing public procurement best practices through our proprietary, innovative Electronic Bid Management System (EBMS).
Early engagements included Montgomery County's Interagency Procurement Coordinating Committee (IPCC), Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (MWCOG) and the Mid-Atlantic Purchasing Team (MAPT) to support regional contract visibility, vendor engagement, and cooperative purchasing. The company later expanded into IT consulting, project and program management, staff augmentation, implementation support, and helpdesk operations.
From the beginning, our guiding principle has remained the same: reduce administrative costs, leverage technology, and improve the overall efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of government operations.
